Asharqia Chamber, in cooperation with Qaderoon Business Disability Network, organizes a lecture entitled " International Day of Disabled Persons - reunification in the business community" at the headquarter of the Chamber on Thursday, 6 December 2018 at 10 am.
The lecture will discuss several topics, most notably the concepts of disability, standards of the supportive work environment of persons with disabilities, as well as actions that enterprises can take to ensure that persons with disabilities are included in employment, human resources and information technology.
The aim of the lecture is to achieve awareness-raising in a more effective and influential way, in order to change the society's perception of people with disabilities to a more positive perception.
It also emphasized the importance of spreading awareness, emphasizing the rights of persons with disabilities and exploring new perspectives for development in this important aspect of society.
The lecture is part of a series of organizational lectures organized by Asharqia Chamber for the business sector in collaboration with government agencies, bodies and associations in order to raise awareness about a particular topic or to explain more to one of the new business regulations.
